ProWitness UK is something I built from the ground up. Before this, I spent four years working for a competitor in this space, building and maintaining their platform. It was actually listening to expert witnesses during that time — hearing the same frustrations repeated — that pushed me to build something better.
The single biggest concern I kept hearing was this: a complete lack of transparent analytics. Experts were paying £300–£500 a year for a profile and had no way of knowing whether it was actually bringing them work. No data. No visibility. No return on investment they could actually see.
