Dr Sumit Das MEWI (Cert) accepts instructions on breach of duty and causation in cases of alleged clinical negligence relating to his expertise as a Consultant Paediatric and Adult Anaesthetist. Dr Das is also a clinical negligence case reviewer for the General Medical Council. Dr Das has successfully completed the Bond- Solon ‘Excellence in Report Writing- written evidence’ and 'Civil Procedure Rules" courses. Dr Das is a member of the Expert Witness Institute (Membership number 10005507). ​ My medico-legal practice is fully compliant with Civil Procedure Rules Part 35 and Practice Direction 35 and has due regard for the Civil Justice Council “Guidance for the Instruction of Experts in Civil Claims” 2014.
